Christine and I became friends when we were just 11 years old… back in the days when we played dress up and went to the mall wearing wigs, ugly dresses, and bright red lipstick. She’s always been one of my dearest friends and when she first told me about Liam, I could tell right away how she felt about him. Fast forward 2 years later, they’re engaged!!! I was ecstatic when they asked me to take their engagement photos in the place where where Liam proposed… Rocky Mountain National Park.
Christine and Liam live in Fort Collins and we drove over to the park a couple weekends ago when I was out visiting Colorado. It was snowing on and off, pretty windy, chilly, and there was fog everywhere so we couldn’t see some of the great views of the mountains! That being said, it made for some amazing natural light and the weather didn’t seem to bother Christine and Liam… and that kind of love is the best to capture…
On the way back to Fort Collins, we stopped at a coffee shop so we could warm up!
