I’m so excited to share Shannon and Dan’s Steamboat Springs wedding photos! First of all, let me just say that Shannon is a professional florist. We started the day off in town at an AirBnb where Shannon, her mom, sisters, and mom and sister in law were getting ready. They were all so hilarious and I knew right away it was going to be a fun day. Once everyone was ready, we headed towards Stagecoach Reservoir, where Shannon and Dan had just bought their first home! They had their ceremony down the road from their house, surrounded by their immediate families. They did a butterfly release in honor of Shannon’s dad, who passed away when shew as little. This was such a cool part of their day, not only because it was unique, but the butterflies LOVED Shannon. They were constantly landing on her face and those photos might be my personal favorites from their day. <3
After their ceremony, we took some photos in the field and then everyone headed to their house for dinner! Shannon and Dan hired a private chef for dinner and everyone got to enjoy the delicious food on the large balcony, overlooking the beautiful area of Stagecoach. The sun started to go down right after dinner so the three of us climbed a small hill behind their house and caught the very last few seconds of the colorful sunset. To wrap up the most perfect day, we came back up to their balcony where Shannon and Dan shared their first dance as a married couple. Congratulations, Shannon and Dan!!
