Remember Matt & Mary’s wedding from earlier this summer? (Click here to see their blog post) Well, when Jenna contacted me and told me she is Matt’s sister, I just knew she and Garrett would be another favorite couple of mine! Garrett used to work as a trooper in the State Capitol building downtown, so he was able to get us private access to the very top balcony of the Capitol building, where he proposed to Jenna last winter! We took a few shots at Gray’s Lake before heading to the Capitol, then what felt like a millions steps later, we made it to the very top!
