Megan and Micah met through mutual friends at a party that Megan threw at her apartment in LA. They hit it off and Micah asked Megan to be his plus one at a company holiday party shortly after. They went out to dinner at an Italian restaurant and only spent less than an hour at the party and ended up talking all night! A year later on their anniversary, Micah took Megan to Chatauqua Park in Boulder and proposed. They moved to Boulder together from LA and had their wedding in Boulder at the Greenbriar Inn. They had family and friends come from all over to celebrate with them – Chicago, San Francisco, LA, Minnesota, St. Louis, Arizona, Michigan, and New York. They decided to have their wedding in Boulder to show everyone their new Colorado home!

Megan and Micah had their ceremony outside and incorporated both of their religions into the ceremony, including the Jewish tradition of stomping on glass before their first kiss! Both of their mothers spoke during the ceremony about their religions and wished their best to the couple during their emotional speech. Two of their closest friends were the emcees of the evening which made for lots of laughter throughout dinner. Megan’s dad gave her a letter he had written to her when she was young and gave it to her during their first dance. The night ended with all the guests filling the dance floor and having one of the most fun and craziest dance parties I’ve ever witnessed 😉
