I’m so excited to share Abby and Josh’s Durango Colorado wedding photos! First, here a little more about this fun couple:
How They Met
Another successful dating app story – Abby and Josh met on Hinge! After dating for a while, Josh proposed while they were on a trip in San Diego. They were enjoying happy hour on a rooftop and Josh made a book with a poem of their best memories for their anniversary.
Their Durango Colorado Wedding
Abby used to go skiing at Purgatory Resort in Durango with her family when she was younger. Ever since, she knew she always wanted to get married there, and she did! Not only that, but she and Josh were the first couple to get married at the resort’s new ceremony site where you take a ski lift up instead of a shuttle. Abby’s brother officiated the wedding and it was hands down, the most hilarious ceremony we’ve ever witnessed. Full of jokes and quotes from cheesy rom-coms and tv shows such as Gilmore Girls. After their ceremony, everyone went down the ski lift for cocktail hour at the base aka Purgy’s. Their reception was full of more hilarious toasts and some amazing dance moves. We ended the night with a photo under the Milky Way.
